Former Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan has said he doesn't think the band's classic line-up will play together at their Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame induction in April.
Last month (February 15), it was reported that all the members who had contributed to the band's seminal album 'Appetite For Destruction' would be attending the ceremony, which takes place in Cleveland, Ohio on April 14.
However, in an interview with Rolling Stone, McKagan said he thought it was unlikely that former members such as himself, Slash or Steven Adler would play live with singer Axl Rose at the show.
Asked if he thought the band would reunite and play, he replied:

I think it would be killer. Do I hope to? That's a tricky question. It would be awesome. You have those day dreams like, 'We'll go up and play 'Nightrain' and 'Brownstone' and throw down the microphone and drop off! That'll be killer! But I doubt that'll happen.
He went on to add: "There's been no communication about anyone playing. There was probably a day in the mid-1990s where I would have tried to gather the troops, but I'm just not that guy anymore. It's too frustrating to change anyone else… I'm not even sure I'd want to change how anyone else sees the situation. But I'm going."
The current line-up of Guns N' Roses, meanwhile, are set to tour the UK later this year. The band, who are currently working on new material for the follow-up to 'Chinese Democracy', will play seven shows across the UK as part of a full European tour this May.
