Dr Dre and Snoop Dogg headline Coachella alongside Tupac hologram!
Eminem, 50 Cent, Warren G, Wiz Khalifah and Kendrick Lamar also all appeared during the hip-hop heavyweights' weekend-closing show, which also included a tribute to late rapper Nate Dogg.
The hologram of Tupac - who was shot and killed in 1996 - addressed the Coachella crowd and also performed 'Hail Mary' as a duet with Snoop Dogg. In a hit packed set, Snoop and Dre performed 'Gin and Juice', 'In Da Club', 'Still D.R.E', 'I Need A Doctor', 'Young, Wild and Free' and 'California Love' amongst other classics. Even Frank Sinatra made an appearance in the show, singing a few bars on the big screens as part of the set.
Earlier, At The Drive-In played their first major show of their reunion, following their warm-up gigs earlier this week. Frontman Cedric Bixler-Zavala appeared to mock the Coachella crowd and some of the more ludicrous festival fashion choices saying: "This is dedicated to all the people who decided that because you were going to come out to the desert, you were going to dress like it was Cirque de Soleil."
The energetic singer jumped down into the photopit early on in the gig, which included 'Pattern Against User' and finished up with 'One Armed Scissor'. The frontman of the El Paso band also spat into the video cameras and leapt off the drumkit to the delight of the crowd.
Meanwhile, Rihanna appeared onstage with Calvin Harris in the Sahara tent to perform their Number One single 'We Found Love'.
The Hives played a mixture of new and old material in a late afternoon main Coachella stage set, with the garage rockers' top hat-wearing frontman Howlin' Pelle asking the crowd: "People say I'm an annoying asshole - do you agree Coachella?" before 'Main Offender'. The Swedes also played current single 'Go Right Ahead' and new track 'Wait A Minute'.
Earlier in the day, Wild Flag played a set based on their self-titled 2011 debut album and Santigold, Metronomy, Wild Beasts, Justice, The Weeknd, Florence and the Machine and First Aid Kit also performed.
Saturday (14) saw the likes of Radiohead and Kasabian play at the festival - scroll down and click below to watch footage of the latter playing their 2004 single 'LSF' at a pre-Coachella Mulberry Firepit party - while The Black Keys headlined on Friday night (13) following sets from Arctic Monkeys and Pulp.
